My sweet French house sits in a quiet French hamlet alongside a small château. Ten years ago I fell in love with this traditional old farm house and scraped together my pennies. I bought it from Madame Ferrieres who was born in the house and left me many of her beautiful old furniture pieces and some great recipes. Subsequent renovations have kept the original feel while adding modern conveniences. The house has an open plan layout that make it great for one couple or a family of up to 5, but probably not two couples. There are lots of things to do in the neighborhood and you can also stay on the terrace or up in the garden reading and relaxing. Places to Visit - There are wonderful local markets, brocantes for affordable antiques, and every local town is a bastide. Visit Conques, Albi, Najac, Cahors and many more - there is a local pool 5km away and a lake 10km.

This traditional 1835 farmhouse has a spacious open plan layout making it great for a family or group up to 5, but not two couples. Great area for exploring history & markets lots or you stay on the terrace or in the garden reading and relaxing.

Rodez Airport is 40 minutes away. Toulouse Airport is 90 minutes.
Distances
Villeneuve d'Aveyron is 10 minutes by car - closest shops. Villefranche Rouergue is 20 mins away - great thursday market.
Further details
