A newly built well equipped chalet nestled in the woods 5 minutes walk from Morillon village. There are beautiful views over the valley. It is a 480m walk to the Morillon ski lift, 5 minutes drive to the new Samoens express lift which takes only 8 minutes to the extensive ski area of Les Carroz, Flaine, Samoens and Morillon. The village has a number of good restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The Chalet is only an hour drive from Geneva.

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am.

Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with south west facing balcony.
2 twin bedrooms.
(2 additional beds can be provided on request).
Bathrooms: 2 en-suite bathrooms with one also accessed from the landing.
One en-suite shower room also accessed from the landing.
Kitchen: Well equipped modern kitchen. 2 ovens, ceramic hob, large fridge with small freezer box at top and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Large lounge seating area and open plan dining room with table and chairs to seat up to 10 people. Dining room opens onto a south west facing terrace. Log fire. TV, DVD, video and games (there are DVD's and videos to available as well).
Other: Large double garage.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are provided with a weekly change service. The chalet is professionally cleaned prior to and at the end of each stay. For 2 week stays mid stay cleaning can be arranged.

Notes on accommodation
There are electric radiators throughout the chalet and a log fire in the main lounge (logs provided).

Skiing
Chalet Aravis is in the heart of Le Grand Massif ski area which offers extensive skiing for all ages and abilities. For the young ones there is the ski school and for the older, more experienced plenty of challenging ski runs. The area offers Morillon, Samoens, Flaine and Les Carroz. It is less than an hour's drive to Chamonix and only 25 mins to the Portes de Soleil ski area of Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz.

Travel
It is one hour drive from Geneva airport or 500 miles from the port of Calais. Taxi/lifts can be arranged from the airport, it is not essential to have your own car while staying at the Chalet as there are facilities all within 5 mins walk from the Chalet.

Distances
Geneva 1 hour. Annecy 45 mins. Calais 500 miles. Chamonix 50 mins. Les Gets/Morzine 25 mins.
