Situated in 2 acres of garden, with olive trees and lavender, this delightful 18th century farmhouse, full of character and tastefully furnished, commands uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. A short distance away from the house, there is a large enclosed L shaped pool (12x5m, in 2 directions), with a diving board and many stone terraces set amongst shady trees where you are sure to find refuge from the summer heat. The house is well positioned for access to the local village, Aix en Province and others major Provencal towns, cities and beaches. This 18th century farmhouse is rich in character and charm and furnished to very high standards. Its thick walls and leafy surroundings enable it to keep fresh during the summer months, essential in the Provencal climate.

Living Rooms: On the ground floor, you have a large living/dining room, with an impressive stone fire place and sculptural staircase leading to the bedrooms. Off this room , there is a fully equipped kitchen and a study with fireplace. You also have a second kitchen.
Other: The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with its own bathroom, the others, one double, one with twin beds, share a bathroom. All have views over the garden and pool. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom.

There is a large enclosed L shaped pool (12x5m, in 2 directions), with a diving board and a view of the local hilltop village. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool and it is completly private. On the main terrace, there are outdoor dining facilities for 10 ( a kids table as well)and a BBQ. The are also children's swings.

The house is 3 km from the picturesque hill top village of Ventebren. However 2 minutes from the house you have a local supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and tobacconist, where you can get everything for a stress free holiday. 12 km away you have Aix en Provence, a charming, lively Provencal town with its daily markets, restaurants and shops. You have a choice of many beaches about half an hour away, with the cities of Marseille, Arles, Nimes, Avignon, the Luberon National park, with its beautiful villages and countryside within an hours drive. The international airport of Marseille and the new TGV station are about 20 minutes drive away.
