Villa Les Lucioles is the perfect property for a large family or group of friends. Located in a quiet residential area of the village of Bar sur Loup, it enjoys a large, flat garden and large freeform pool with in-pool spa and a submerged beach, shallow pool area perfect for children to play in. Around the pool patio are many sun loungers for those wishing to relax and soak up the sun and a shaded outside lounge area. Inside the villa, most of the living space is on one level. The kitchen and dining room open directly onto the garden/pool area. There is shaded eating area right outside the kitchen which overlooks the pool. The living room is spacious and bright. It opens onto the smaller garden which has a nice quiet courtyard. There are 4 bedrooms on this level, the 5th bedroom is located on the lower ground level and the 6th bedroom is located in the character tower. This is a great villa from which to explore the Cote d'Azur.

Travel
Nearest airport is Nice airport, approx 25 minute drive to the villa. There is also a train station in Grasse, from which the coast is easily accessible (Grasse - Cannes in 15 minutes), as well as buses that access the coast and towns further inland.
Distances
Walking distance to Bar`sur Loup village, approx 20 minute walk, where there are several restaurants, cafes, boulangeries. 5-10 minute drive to other local French villages, such as Valbonne, Mougins, Gourdon, Vence. Approx. 20 minute drive to Cannes, 30 minute drive to Nice.
