This has got to be one of the best locations in France for a family holiday. The two apartments are 100 metres from one of Europe’s top 50 beaches (The Independent) and overlook a beautiful lagoon, with the Pyrenees and Mt Canigou in the near distance. There is something for everyone to do in the close vicinity from the bustling port of St Cyprien to the famous abbey at Elne. You can catch a boat up to the artist village of Collioure or take a short walk to the Aqualand water park - and much more! The apartments are fully equipped, and each has a small combi oven/grill and two electric rings for cooking, as well as a washing-machine and iron. There is also a TV/ DVD player and a CD player. Close by are restaurants on the beach, a well stocked shop offering take away chicken, pizzas, etc. There is also a beach bar perfect for a 'sundowner!'

Changeover day
During the summer months, changeover day is on Saturdays. Outside the main holiday period, changeover day is flexible, depending on availability.
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 4 pm on the Saturday, and vacate by 10 am on departure day.

This is a first floor apartment overlooking the lagoon, with beautiful views of the mountains from the terrace. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin bedroom. There is a good sized kitchen area, a dining area for 6 and a comfortable and roomy lounge area. There is disabled access via a lift. All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are included. The bathroom has a bath and bath shower and there is a separate WC.

Les Sables 1 has disabled access via an external lift to the first floor.

Outside
Both apartments have a lovely terrace overlooking the lagoon and the mountains in the background. Watch the yachts head for the open sea in the mornings and enjoy a drink of local wine in the beautiful sunsets.
We also have access to a shared swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
The beach is about 100 metres away, just a 2 minute stroll over the dunes.
Miles and miles of golden sands stretching almost to the Spanish border with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The beach is cleaned every night, is safe for swimming and provides a variety of water sports, from dingy sailing to jet skiing. The Independent has rated it as one of the top 50 Mediterranean beaches.

Golf
There is a 27 hole champioship golf course approximately 3 kilometres away.
