Notes on accommodation
The house and grounds are perfect for family holidays and will suit guests in all agegroups. Small children will love the fully equipped playroom on the ground floor and the huge open plan tiled attic with table tennis table and other games is a perfect den for teenagers. Free wine from the private vineyard is available for slightly older guests.
Outside, the pool is fully fenced and alarmed. The pool uses a non-chlorine based filter system which will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and ready for a relaxing evening ahead. The pool will be open from 1 May.

Montpellier Airport (flights from Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton) 40 minutes. Carcassonne Airport (Dublin, Liverpool, East Midlands, Stansted) 1 hour. TGV at Beziers and Montpellier (4.5 hrs from Paris).
10-12 hrs by autoroute from Channel ports/Eurotunnel. Car hire recommended.
Distances
Property is a 2 min walk from all village amenities. Pouzolles is a 10 min drive from the medieval town of Pezenas with its superb Saturday market, traditional restaurants, pavement cafes and winding streets with artisan shops. Cap d'Agde, with its waterside restaurants, night clubs, boat trips, and children's waterpark, 30 mins drive.

Cafe/bar/restaurant (lunchtime and evening meals) only a short walk away in centre of village. Traditional auberge/restaurant in neighbouring village of Margon (5 min). Further shops and restaurants in Magalas and Roujan (both 5 min drive). Seafood capital of Bouzigues not to be missed. Further superb seafood restaurants at Marseillan (excellent family beach here also). Spectacular waterways and ancient port of Sete (known as the French Venice) only 30 mins by car. Fresh water bathing and windsurfing at nearby Lac de Salagou. Languedoc National Park for all outdoor activities: walking trekking, river swimming kayaking and canoeing. Spectacular scenery in the Gorges d'Heric.
