A perfect family holiday home situated in central Brittany with just 40mins to both the north and south coasts. It is just 1km to the nearest village for your morning croissants and bread, also supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks and post office. Close by is a large lake perfect for fishing or for your morning run. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. We are only 12km from the Medieval town of Josselin which is situated on the banks of the Nantes to Brest Canal. This is a perfect area for cycling and walking.

Changeover day
Change overs are usually Saturdays or Wednesdays (due to cheaper midweek ferry crossings) Extra days are available please ask us if you have any special requests.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen contains cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Iron and ironing board. |
| Utility Room: | A washing machine is also available. There is a lockup garage available on request. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room with sofa that converts to double bed and two easy chairs, TV with satellite receiver, DVD player with selection of DVDs. Dining area has table and chairs for six. Also available on request is a high chair. |

All bedlinen and towels are included but we would ask that you bring your own beach towels. There is a weekly cleaning service included. |

Coast/Beach
We are approx 40 mins drive to both the North and South coasts of Brittany where there are beaches to suit all.
Golf
There are a large selection of golf courses within 20-45 mins. The nearest is Lac au Duc which has a very pleasant 9 hole course and further way there are courses near Lorient, Auray and Baden.
Distances
1km to Reguiny and 12km to the medieval town of Josselin situated on the Nantes to Brest canal.
It is a 40 minutes drive to Vannes and 20 minutes drive to Pontivy.
Quiberon and Carnac, famous for its standing stones is 50 mins drive.
Booking notes
Changeovers are normally Saturday or Wednesday (as midweek ferries are usually cheaper) and extra days are available. A deposit of £100 with completed booking form from our website secures your booking. The balance is due at least six weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival to cover any breakages or damages. This will be returned upon departure after property has been inspected.
