Skiing
Les Arcs is made up of several villages which are linked by a free bus. We have glacier skiing, high altitude skiing at Les Arcs 2000 with night skiing twice a week. Les Arcs is an all weather resort with plenty of woodland runs which are ideal in heavy snow or sunny conditions. The resort is linked to Le Plagne by the new Vanoise Express lift which now has created the Paradi Ski area: one of the largest in the world. For more information on the resort check out my website.
Travel
The nearest airport is Chamberey, which is about 1hr 20mins drive from the resort. Lyon airport is 2hrs and Geneva 2hrs 45mins, all these airports are fed by discount
airlines such as Easy Jet, Flybe and Ryan Air.
Cheap car rental is also available from these airports and airport transfers to the resort. The resort is also accessable by train, for more info check out web site.
Distances
Bourg St Maurice is the closest town which is linked to the resort by funicular train which is free on your lift pass, this runs from 7am to 7pm everyday and connects you to main train station.
Booking notes
20% Deposit balance 4 wks before departure, there is also a damage deposit of £50.00 which will be returned to you after apartment has been checked.
The apartment is clean in clean out.
