Secure courtyard with double gates, covered barn. BBQ. Large patio with table/chairs and umbrella leading into back garden and orchard.
Coast/Beach
Coastal Resorts: There are plenty to choose from with wonderful beaches. Dinard is an easy drive with an excellent beach of its own. St Malo is well worth a visit nd there are many pretty quieter coves close by (try St Briac sur Mer) Also worth a visit is the stretch of coast know as Sable d'Or.
Golf
There are many superb golf courses in this area, these include: Saint-Michel-de-Plelan, Tremeurec, around Dinard, St Malo and Dinan. Les golf les Sables d'Or, Golf de Val Andre, Golf de la Corbinais, near Dinan, Le Golf Criniere, Dol de Bretagne, Golf de St-Cast - Pen-guen and many more.
Travel
Dinard Airport: 30 minutes (Ryanair). Rennes Airport: 60 minutes (Flybe). St Malo Ferry Port: 30 minutes (Brittany Ferries). Roscoff, Caen and Cherbourg: all about 2 hours (Brittany Ferries). The channel tunnel at Calais is about a 5 hour drive.
Distances
Brusvily village is just 3km away and has a butcher and bakers. The village of Plumaden is about 2 kms and you will find a pharmacy, bakers who sell lovely hot bread daily, a small supermarket. A very nice bike ride. Our nearby tabac also sells fresh bread daily. The beautiful medieval town of Dinan is just 10 mins away, with it's cobbled streets and many restuarants, also visit the pretty port in Dinan. Worth a visit is the beautiful village of Lehon with it's historic abbey, about 10 minutes.
Further details
Ideal for couples looking around the area, excellent for cycling, walking and golf. The river Rance runs through the area and there are some lovely canal walks or you could cycle. Supermarkets: LeClerc and Carrefour are just 10 mins away. LeClerc has a bank and some lovely shops and has recently been refurbished to include a very good restaurant. Carrefour has a baby shop and sports shop, dry cleaners and cafe.
