Villa Citronnier is a luxury, 4 bedroom villa located in Grasse St. Jean, with stunning views to the sea from nearly every room in the house. The villa is built on very old Olive terraces and therefore enjoys beautiful terraced gardens and shade from several original Olive trees. The tiled pool is completely private and has a lovely surrounding terrace on which to sunbath and relax. The upper terrace is a great place to enjoy meals and the scenery, either under the shade in the outside lounge area or at the table under the grape vines! Inside, the villa is full of character with a bright and open feel. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the dining room. The large separate living room has plenty of light and offers a comfortable place to relax. One double bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor while the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor, each with wonderful views. This is a great home from which to enjoy the Cote d'Azur.

Skiing
There are several ski resorts, such as Isola 2000 and Auron, located within 1 and 1/2 hour drive from the villa.
Travel
Nearest airport is Nice airport, approx. 25 minute drive to the villa. There is also a train station in Grasse, from which the coast is easily accessible. (Grasse - Cannes in 15 minutes)
Distances
Walking distance to Grasse center, approx. 20 minute walk, where there are many restaurants, cafes, shops... 5-10 minute drive to other local French villages, such as Valbonne, Mougins, Gourdon. Approx. 20 minute drive to Cannes, 30 minute drive to Nice.
