This is one of the most sought after areas on the Cote d'Azur described as the jewel of the French Riviera where the climate is warmer and the sun shines 300 days of the year. Near Theoule-sur-Mer on the edge of the L'Esterel forest these apartments are situated in a superb location at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area (not a holiday complex) overlooking the bay of La Figuerette. They are adjacent to one another and may be let together for larger families or independently. A 5 minute drive or 15 to 30 minute walk will take you to the bay of La Figuerette where you will find the private beach with a bar providing good food for a reasonable price, adjacent to this is the marina where you will also find a bar and top class restaurant (from May to September). It is recommended you hire a car to get about and travel to the shops.

Changeover day
Change over days are Saturday to Saturday in high season. Flexible out of high season. Arrivals idealy between 2pm and 7pm but other times possible.
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has reversible air-conditioning (hot/cold), sun blinds and electric roller blinds. Main bedroom has ceiling fan. Pets are welcome. Parking is 5 minute walk from the apartment. High chair may be hired for 50 euro per week payable to the agent on arrival.
Accessibility
The area is very hilly and the apartments are on the first floor.
Outside
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the residents of the estate and is just a short stroll away. It measures 12x5 metres and is in an enclosed area with all day sunshine. both apartments are on the first floor and have a balconies with table and chairs and reclining chairs and a view of the bay.
Coast/Beach
The bay of La Figuerette is a 15 to 30 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. On the sandy beach you may hire sun beds and parasols if you wish, you will also find beach bars and restaurants there.
Golf
Within easy reach (20 km radius) of the apartments you have access to 21 top golf courses, (including the Cannes Old Riviera course).
Travel
Nice airport is 60 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended and can be booked on line or at the airport.
Flights to Nice can be made with Easyjet, BA and many other airlines. If driving, the channel ports are about 750 miles and will take about 12 hours.

Theoule-sur-mer is 5kms, Cannes 17kms, Nice 40kms, St Tropez 40kms, Monte Carlo 55kms.

Theoule-sur-mer is 5kms away and has many shops, a market and a good choice of restaurants. There are beautiful sandy beaches where you will find water sports, wind surfing, water skiing and sailing. Tennis can be found at Mandelieu Napoule also boat trips can be booked to the surrounding islands. You may desire driving inland to explore the history and culture of the surrounding towns and villages or skiing at Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg in season (2 hour drive).For fishermen,the world famous Lac de St Cassien is 30 minutes drive. If you do require a day or an evening in the hustle and bustle of a really beautiful city, there are many, including Cannes and Nice, where you will find everything from top shops to top restaurants and something that will suit everyone's pocket, within easy reach of our apartments.
Booking notes
Minimum rental 1 week in high season,flexible out of high season.Change over day Saturday in high season July and August. A refundable deposit of £200 against damage, loss or cleaning 8 weeks prior to arrival, returned within 1 weeks after departure. 30% (non refundable) of the total rental cost to secure booking. The balance plus the security deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings, whole amount payable on booking. Arrivals ideally between 2pm and 7pm, depart before 10am.

The apartment was very comfortable and the view of the harbour splended. We particularly enjoyed our evening meal taken on the verander. Great beach. So much to see in the surrounding area. Enjoyed our walk through the gardens to the beach.The apartment was lovely, just what we needed we had a fantastic holiday.

The properies are on the coast with Cannes and Nice one way and Frejus and St Tropez the other.The drive to the properties along the coast road are amazing and you never tire of them how many times you see them.
Unique benefits of the property
The view from the balconies of the bay below and the forest opposite are fantastic.At night when the sun sets the hillside opposite is a mass of twinkling lights.
