Enclosed south facing rear garden, edged by a forest, close to amenities within the friendly village. Lots of historical sites and leisure activities for individuals, couples and families.

Changeover day
Arrival: from 4pm on Saturday. Departure: by 10am on Saturday. This is not a fixed arrangement we will try to accommodate your preferences.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds, Bedroom 1 with en-suite. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds plus bunk beds. All rooms have wardrobes and ample chest of drawers, hairdryer also included. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower room to bedroom 1, with handbasin and wc. Main bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and handbasin. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and usual electric mod-cons. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, and child friendly playing area with wall chalkboard. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge, dining room, TV/video and skybox (for Sky films you will need to bring your own card). Sofa/bed will accommodate an addition 2 persons. BBQ and patio area directly outside the French doors. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
You will need to provide your own towels and linen. The cottage is cleaned to a high standard for arrival and then on departure. Alternatively we can provide linen at an additional charge of 20 euros per person. |

Outside
The garden is a good size plot approx 60ft square mainly laid to lawn with views over pasture land and onto the forest, both sides of the garden have either shrubbery/fencing. Paddling pool is available but is used at clients risk the owner will not accept any responsibility for any accidents incurred.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful sandy beaches and coves of the Cotes d'Armor are within 20-25mins drive from the cottage, details of superb beaches are available for viewing on our website or directly at the cottage.
Golf
Six golf courses within 30 minutes. Some overlooking the glorious coastline of the Cotes d'Armor.
Travel
Airports: Fly from Luton, East Midlands, Birmingham and Bristol to Dinard 45 mins. St Brieuc 30 mins. Rennes 2 hours. Ports: St Malo 50 mins. Caen 2 hours. Roscoff 2 hours. Cherbourg 2½ hours. Distances
Lambelle (our nearest town) is just under 10 mins drive.
The historic cities of Dinan (extremely worthwhile visit) and Moncontour are 20 mins by car, Dinard and St Malo beautiful sites and places to visit are 40 mins drive. Jugon-les-Lacs has lots to see and do ie. outdoor pool, fishing and sailing and is approx 10 mins by car.
Further details
The village of Pledeliac has lots to offer its visitors ie. Tabac - serves 3 course meals for as little as 9.50 euros with wonderful hostesses Francine and Isabel, there is a bakers, butchers, small supermarket, post office, hairdressers and pharmacist. There are local amenities withinwalking distance i.e tennis area, football ground, and nature walks.
