There are good views of the surrounding countryside from the large private garden with a terraced area for sitting and eating out. All garden furniture, parasols, sun beds and barbecue are supplied.
Large private pool 12 x 6 meters is fully fenced as per French security regulations. Fully enclosed garden with table-tennis equipment. Family friendly holiday home. Private parking for up to six cars.

Nearest beaches are on the Atlantic coast at Royan or Arcachon near to Bordeaux, 2 hour drive.
