The three cottages can be rented all together for large family groups (up to 16) or individually. Just 4.5km from the pretty village of Plazac with its cafe, bakery, organic grocery store and an ancient church and presbytery. Close to Rouffignac, Les Eyzies and Sarlat.

Notes on prices
Whole site costs €1555 per week 2nd to 30th June 2012, €1775 per week 30th June to 14th July 2012, €2625 per week 14th July - 26th August 2012.
Bed linens and towels (except pool towels) included in rental tariff. Laundry of linens at end of stay included in rental. Pool maintenance every two days. 10% discount on total booking value of two-week booking in July/August for whole site. Low season tariffs for individual houses available on request. Weekly charge of 50€ in winter for heating.
Changeover day
Changeover day on Saturday. Arrival time 16.00 - 20.00. Departure time 10.00.

La Grange has been tastefully converted to provide spacious living accommodation on the ground floor with galley kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, microwave, cooking and eating utensils. Large sitting/dining room with French doors opening out on to an extensive veranda with far reaching views over the valley below. Garden table and chairs on veranda for summer eating. Upstairs - are situated three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; one further double bedroom and one further bedroom with two single beds. There is also a separate shower room with shower, handbasin and washing machine and a separate WC. On a mezzanine level - is a small studio apartment comprising living/eating area equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, Three steps lead to a separate bedroom and shower room with WC and basin. La Grange is ideal for larger family groups requiring some privacy as the apartment can be self-contained from the main living area. |

Notes on accommodation
La Siguenie is ideally suited for large groups wishing to holiday together but allowing a degree of privacy. To rent the three cottages together costs €1495 per week 4 June - 2nd July, €1695 per week 2nd - 16th July, €2500 per week 16th July - 27th August 2011 and €1495 per week 27th August - 24th September.

Extensive private gardens with a 12m x 6m swimming pool which is fully fenced. There is also a table tennis table, barbecues and garden furniture.
