The Manoir sleeps 6 people, the two cottages, which have been converted from an old Perigordian grange, can accommodate 5 people in each cottage, and the studio sleeps 2. All the units are rented together in high season only (June, July, August & Christmas) ideal for one or more families holidaying together. The property is situated around a central courtyard and lawns on 2 hectares of land with views over the surrounding countryside. The location is superbly situated for bird watching, off road cycling and walking and within easy reach of many sites of interest in the Dordogne Region and just a short drive to Perigueux with shops, restaurants and gourmet food markets.

Notes on prices
The manor house is available only in June, July,August & Christmas. Electricity and gas is included in rental price. Bed linen and towels (excluding pool towels) are included in the rental price and beds are made up for your arrival. Laundry at end of stay included in rental price. Central heating in winter season is charged at 35 euros per week/per cottage. Discounts for long winter lets available by negotiation. Discount of 10% on the total booking price fora 2-week booking in July and August.

Sunday (or by arrangement out of main season). Arrival time 16.00 hours - 20.00 hours. Departure time 10.00 hours.

It has a tastefully furnished sitting room with open fireplace, satellite TV with UK channels, video and DVD player. Separate spacious dining room leading into open-plan fully fitted kitchen with range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier and downstairs WC. 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, each bedroom equipped with king size bed (can be converted to twin beds in one bedroom). Baby cot and foldaway bed available on request. Towels and sheets are included with this property. Notes on accommodation
In June, July & August the manor house, studio and two cottages are rented together, sleeping up to 18 people. This is an ideal location for large families and groups who wish to holiday together. The two-bedroom cottages are available individually from September through to June. Enquire about special rates for long-term, low season rental of the cottages.
Outside
The manorhouse and cottages face into a central gravelled courtyard, which is fully fenced and therefore ideal for children. Garden furniture, parasols and barbecues provided. Table Tennis, Boules, Garden Badminton and toys for younger ones available. There is a 12m x 6m in-ground heated swimming pool, which is also fully fenced and alarmed. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for guests to relax in complete privacy and enjoy the wonderful view.

There is a leisure lake at Vergt, 20 minutes drive away, with beaches, boats, fishing, swimming, cafes and live music concerts.
