Arrivals after 9 PM incurs €30 charge payable in cash to our agent at your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with surrounding garden thereby being suitable for children, elderly persons and pets. An unrestricted view onto an olive grove and private sun deck with dining and lounging facilities along with a short walk to the Juan les Pins beaches and beach restaurants makes this a unique holiday location.

Supervised 50 meter long pool with rock formation aqua slide & childs’ paddling pool attached with large sunbathing areas and shower facilities. 5 hectares of communal gardens offer large spaces creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice airport 20 mins drive. Car hire recommended if you want to explore the 'arriere pays' and typical villages such as St Paul de Vence. The apartment has its own private garage in the residence. Juan-Les-Pins has a very good bus and train service to all the surrounding areas. At the time of booking you will receive a custom tourist information guide (via email) that will help you get the most from your holiday in the South of France detailing villages, adventure sports and restaurants.

Nice is a 20 minute drive.
The ancient perch village of Eze stands before the sea is a 40 minute drive.

Shops, Bank, Supermarket, Internet Café, Pizza and Roast Chicken Van are 100 metres away, next to the domaine. The best boulangerie in the South of France is directly across the street from the supermarket.
Booking notes
A nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the rental charge is required by transfer into the owner's bank account to secure the booking plus the return of the signed booking form. Final balance payment plus security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Also at that time a fully refundable security deposit of £750 to cover damage or breakages will become due.Security deposit is repaid at the latest one month after the end of the rental.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this one of a kind apartment. Our children lived in the huge swimming pool which is just a short walk from the front door. It is very well equipped and the décor made it easy to forget that we were in fact in a modern development with easy access to the beach, shops, and supermarket. Juan was a leisurely stroll down the beachside promenade. The bus service just outside the domaine makes this a great apartment for those not wishing to drive. I would highly recommend this apartment to couples and families looking for a restful getaway with all the necessary conveniences close at hand. Our kids were in heaven with the day trips we had to Marineland, Antibesland, Aquasplash, all in one location! Across from the Juan tourist office we discovered a ferry service that took us to the islands just off the coast where the snorkeling was incredible! We will definitely be coming back! Back in the USA
