Mas de Sudre is set in beautiful gently undulating countryside 3 km from the ancient wine producing centre of Gaillac. We are close to Albi (birthplace of Toulouse-Lautrec) and several stunning Bastide villages such as Cordes and Castelnau-de-Montmiral. Nearby are the Tarn & Averon rivers.

The bedrooms consist of 2 doubles, 2 twins, 1 with bunk beds and an attic room suitable for a child. There are three shower rooms and one bathroom, all of which have a wash basin and WC and two of which are en-suite. There is a very well equipped fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a large sitting room with comfortable seating. |

The studio has a very well equipped fully fitted kitchen, a separate bathroom and comfortable sofa which can become a bed for a third person/child. There is teak furniture on the completely private spacious balcony with lovely views over the surrounding vineyards. |

We have two rooms with double beds and two with twin. All beds are very comfortable and all rooms are en-suite with a shower room with wash basin and WC. One double room and one twin have a comfortable sofa bed for a third person/child. |

Outside
There is a large attractive, shady garden in which there is the 14m swimming pool, tennis court and places to sit. A variety of garden games are available - such as ping-pong and pιtanque - and bicycles are usually available for daily hire.

There are two Golf Courses nearby.

We are 60km from Toulouse airport.
Distances
We are 4km from Gaillac where there are good restaurants, shops and banks.

The balance, along with a separate security deposit cheque for £100, must be received by us not less than two weeks before the start of your holiday.
