Situated 10 minutes drive from St Lo, home of the National stud, we are ideally located for exploring this beautiful region of France. The D-Day landing beaches; Bayeaux; Mont St Michel; Granville; Caen and Cherbourg are all less than an hours drive. There are many unspoilt safe sandy beaches close by as well as several first class golf courses suitable for both low and high handicap golfers. Our gites have been tastefully converted, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The interiors are modern in appearance, light and spacious and equipped with everything you should need. Both gites have private gardens with garden furniture and BBQ. La Petite Grange is ideal for a family of 4 and is situated on the ground floor, making access ideal for those with limited mobility. La Petite Saule is perfect for a couple. We have a small boules court, children's play area and above ground swimming pool all of which are shared with our Chambres d'Hotes guests. Internet access available.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are per gite per week in euro.
Minimum break is 4 days.
4 day breaks are charged at 70% of weekly rate.
Deposit payable with booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Security deposit of 250 euro cash payable on arrival.
Cleaning charge of 30 euro is payable at the end of your stay.
Electricity used is charged by way of meter reading at the end of your stay.
Changeover day
Our change over days are Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Guest can arrive after 4.00pm and must vacate the gite no later than 10.00am on the day of departure.

This gite is light and spacious and has lovely views accross the front gardens and is perfect for a couple. It has a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen which comprises a gas cooker; extractor; microwave; fridge; kettle; toaster; iron; ironing board and ample units and worksurfaces. The lounge and dining area has modern furniture including comfortable sofa; occasional tables; lamps; English freesat TV and radio; DVD player; dining table & 2 chairs. The open plan stairs lead into the bedroom which comprises of a double bed; dressing table; bedside cabinets and ample hanging space. The en-suite is fully tiled and has a larger than average shower cubicle; W.C; wash basin and electric towel rail. There is a central heated radiator in the bedroom and the lounge and also an electric heater in the lounge. A washing machine is available in the nearby outdoor laundry room. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. No personal towels are provided. |

Notes on accommodation
There is a charge for electricity used by way of a meter reading at the end of your stay. We ask that you leave the gite tidy and remove all rubbish on the day of departure. A small cleaning charge of 30€ is payable on day of departure. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please note that we do not allow pets, and smoking is not allowed in the gite. La Petite Grange - Doors and walkways throughout the gite are extra wide to allow those with limited mobility easy access. Internet access available.
Accessibility
Our gites have ample parking and La Petite Grange has a paved path from the parking to the front door for those with mobility problems. We have put a ramp to the front door rather than a step along with wider internal doorways and ample spacious walkways and walk in shower.
Outside
Our gites have private gardens solely for your use. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. We also have a boules court, safe childrens play area and a large above ground swimming pool surrounded by decking and furnished with sun lounges,table and chairs all of which you are free to use along with guests of our Chambres d'Hotes (B & B)
Coast/Beach
We are just a short car ride away from many beautiful unspoilt safe sandy beaches. Many boasting lovely bistro's and cafe's along the sea fronts.
Golf
Within Normandy there are many golf courses to choose from, whether you are a high or low handicap player there are courses to suit all standards. We organise many golf trips for guests in our Chambres d' Hotes (B & B) and will be quite willing to help you plan yours, booking all your golfing requirements, Tee times, buggies etc. Having played a good number of the courses we can give you first hand advice. Most courses are a short drive away, between 30 and 50 minutes away.

Normandy has so much to offer, from good French cuisine and great local produce to things to see and do. We have guests of our gites and Chambres d'Hotes who return year after year for a relaxing holiday and stress free time.
The natural light in Normandy is perfect for those artists who want to capture the perfect image. At night time the skies are perfect for those who prefer to stare at the stars as we have virtually no artificial light pollution.
