The skiers ideal apartment only 25 metres from the Telecabine,(bubble). On the west facing balcony you can check out the lift queue, if any. Ski hire shop in the building. A light and airy apartment with 2 balconies one facing east and the other west giving panoramic views of the whole Giffre Valley. 5 mins walk away is the Lac Bleu which has a small sandy beach. There are tennis courts, riverside walks and cycling tracks for summer activities also white water rafting is available. The picturesque town of Samoens, 10 mins away by car or the free ski bus in winter only, has all amenities and a variety of activities for both winter and summer. There are numerous good restaurants and bars which can be recommended.

Skiing
The Telecabine is the first stage up to Les Esserts, the nursery slopes, Ski School also the Creche. The next stage is the chair lift which connects with the entire Grand Massif ski area. From here there are extensive runs to Flaine, Les Carroz and Samoens. The pistes are for all standards of skiing ranging from black to green. There are numerous restaurants and cafes on most of the runs. The last run of the day must be the Marvel which is a pleasant green run through the trees back to Les Esserts from there, snow conditions permitting, one can ski back to the apartment. Ski lift tickets availble to cover the whole Grand Massif area. 20-30 mins drive away is Les Gets which will connect you with Morzine and Avoriaz.
Travel
Geneva Airport 1 hour by car. There are bus and train connections. Details on request, however a car is recommended.
Distances
Calais 8 hrs approx. Cluses 20 mins. Motorway exit.
Chamonix 45 mins.
Further details
In Morillon there is one boulangerie, a superette, butchers, newspaper shop, chemist, several restaurants and bars, pizza takeaway opposite. Cash machine next to tourist office. Large supermarket just outside Samoens.
