Around house more golf and tennis area are available. It is less than 15 mins from the heart of Cannes and the Croisette and 25 mins to Nice airport.

Our change over days are form Saturday to Saturdays. Departure 10am. Arrival 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
We have an extra bed which can be made up and placed in the master bedroom on the top floor should you require it. Pets accepted. Cleaning services available on request at an additional cost.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes to Cannes and Antibes (car).
Golf
More golf are available around the house. The 1st is located at 5 minutes.
The famous "Grande Bastide" 18 hole golf course is only 5 mins walk away. Another 10 top quality golf clubs are within a half hour drive.
Skiing
Snow skiing is between one hour and two hours drive away, depending on which station you choose.
Travel
400m to Valbonne and 25 min to Nice airport. There are several good restaurants, shops, golf, tennis and horse riding all within a short walk.

400m to Valbonne 5 min walk. 15 min to Cannes (car). 25 mins to Nice (car).

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the stay. There will be a 1000 euro deposit on arrival which will be reimbursed on the day of your departure after inspection of the villa.
