Our Brittany Gites have been converted from old farm buildings – the farmhouse itself and the dairy and cowsheds – and therefore are all based on the same site. They open out onto shared BBQ / eating areas with plenty of chairs and tables for alfresco dining. All our Gites have fully equipped kitchen areas complete with gas cookers, fridges and microwave ovens. We have a large solar heated swimming pool with a security wave alarm, a fenced-in children’s play area, a large recreation field and patio areas with BBQs making us a perfect location for a Gite family holiday .There are no televisions in the Gites, mainly due to the requests of our previous customers, but there is a television up by the reception area for major sporting events, that are on FTV television

Notes on accommodation
Reception Area - On the site there is a small reception area stocked with a range of drinks, sweets, chocolate and milk. At the reception you will also find a range of maps and information of local tourist attractions and places of interest. As we live on site with the gites we are nearly always on hand to offer advice on what to do and where to go in Brittany; and we are able to print off maps and directions for you.
There are no televisions in the gites, mainly due to the requests of our previous customers, but there is a television up by the reception area for major sporting events that are on F-T-V television. We also have a small, but extensive selection of books in our small library.
Outside
Contained within the grounds of the Pennerest Gite complex there is much to keep all the family amused: Large private solar heated swimming pool. Large private recreation field. Large private children's play area: Tree house. Swings. Slides. Covered games area: Ping-pong. Table football. Skittles and other games
We have games for children (and adults) of all ages! We also have toys and activities for babies and toddlers. The large recreation field lends itself to team games for everyone. There is plenty to do in the area around our Gites and to make this easier we have compiled information and many leaflets for you to decide what to do: beaches, zoos, horse-riding, cycling, fishing or simply a relaxing holiday by our pool. Brittany has a lot to offer and our Gites, being in the centre of Brittany, are ideally situated for people wishing to explore the wonderful countryside, beautiful beaches the many tourist attractions which Brittany has to offer.

All by car: Beaches 40 mins. Golf 20 mins. Go carts 15 mins. Local lakes 10 mins to 40 mins.Bowling 5 mins. Zip wire through the forest 20 mins.

Gites Pennerest are to be found in the countryside with gorgeous views over the surrounding farmland, yet we are only 7km away from the beautiful, historic town of Pontivy with a variety of shops and restaurants and a busy Monday morning Market. The local village, Noyal Pontivy is 3km away and has 2 very good bakers, 2 supermarkets, a pharmacie and a variety of small shops.

We have stayed here several times as the accommodation is Perfect for our requirements and the facilities ideal for our young family. The most important reason though is the hosts Phil and Naomi who always make it special. 5 Stars! We have just come back from an absolutely fabulous time at Gites Pennerest, and it was all down to Phil and Naomi, what lovely people. The Gites were great and we will be returning. We had a great 10 day stay here! Stunning hosts, who couldn't do enough to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable, yet are not at all intrusive. The pool was perfect and the well stocked play area kept our 3 yr old busy. The gites are comfortable and well maintained .The kids voted this holiday 10/10 – what more can we say .We have already thoroughly recommended to friends.
