The owners have tastefully restored the authentic buildings into a selection of superb cottages with all comforts of modern living, in a private garden with a shared access to a large pool with sunbeds and parasols. Wander around the colourful markets in picturesque villages, enjoy the Mediterranean beaches and inland lakes, admire magnificent scenery; all the riches of Languedoc are here for you to discover. Surrounded by vineyards set in a haven of tranquility Saint-Apolis welcomes you! The Domaine has easy access from Montpellier(50km),Perpignan(80k) Carcassonne (90Km),Nîmes(90Km)and Beziers(25km)airports. Domaine de Saint-Apolis offers a selection of 9 cottages,sleeping up to 7 people, ideally located in the heart of the Languedoc countryside 5km from Pezenas and 12km from the Mediterranean.

Changeover day
Change over days are Saturdays. Departure at 10am and arrivals from 4pm. However we can sometimes be flexible on arrival or departure dates so feel free to let us know as it is all down to our availability.
Notes on accommodation
Domaine de Saint-Apolis is often described as a 'haven of tranquility' ideal for adults and perfectly suited to children as the gardens and buildings are enclosed. perfect for children to make new friends. Cot and high chair available on request. Four mountain bikes free of charge (2 adults and 2 children). The place is safe for cars as car park is closed at night.
Outside
The gardens are very luxurious which guarantees the privacy of every house. The private gardens are equipped with table, chairs and parasol and their own barbecue. There is a large swimming pool (13m x 9m) with a large terrace and deck lounge chairs and parasols shared by guests. The swimming pool area gets the sun until at least 8pm every day! It does have a shallow area and a deeper end.
Coast/Beach
The Mediterranean beaches of Cap d'Agde, Marseillan, Valras and many more are all at less than 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There is an 18 hole Golf course 15 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
We welcome our guests to come and visit our wine celler. We even try to organise a wine tasting and tour a few times during the summer. If we cannot, we place 3 bottles of our local wine in your kitchen for your own private tasting on arrival!
Travel
Nearest airports are Beziers (25km), Montpellier (50km),Carcassonne (90km), Perpignan (80km)and Nimes (80km). Girona(Costa Brava), Marseilles and Avignon airports are less than 2 hrs drive. By express train TGV it takes only 3.5 hrs from Paris and a little longer from Lille. Nearest train station AGDE (12km) although Montpellier Station is less than 1hrs drive away. Car hire is essential and all the major car hire companies are to be found in the above listed airports and in Agde or Montpellier.
Distances
Domaine de Saint-Apolis lies in the heart of all the touristic riches of Languedoc Roussillon. Less than 15mns drive activities include: watersports in Cap d'Agde, Golf in St Thomas, tennis, canoe/kayaking, swimming in river or inland lake, walking, mountain biking. Waterworld and funfairs in Cap d'Agde. For all your cultural visits, Pèzenas (5km) or the 'Little Versailles' of the Languedoc is not to be missed, Béziers and its famous World Héritage Canal du Midi.
Further details
Nearest shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants are in Florensac and Pezenas (5kms). There are wonderful markets to explore every day in different villages nearby.
Our housekeeper can organise on request deliveries of fresh bread and croissants every morning to you! and she also takes orders for wine!
Booking notes
Should you decide to spend your holidays at Domaine de Saint-Apolis please email us as soon as possible so that we can hold the house immediately for you. There is a 30% non-refundable deposit at confirmation and the balance is due 6-8 weeks prior arrival. All major credit cards accepted or bank transfers. There is a refundable security deposit of 300 euros on arrival.

The Domaine de Saint Apolis is owned by the Lepine family and managed by Monsieur L'Epine. Jane Sunderland helps him with his booking enquiries. Francoise is the Domaine guardienne and is there on a daily basis to help you during your stay.
