Safe lake side beaches with pure, clear water - 10 minutes drive away. Outdoor swimming pools also available nearby with range of sports and childrens play areas. Lakeside actvities such as hire of boats, pedaloes, fishing etc. Beautiful steam boat trips to and from Switzerland.

World famous golf course at Evian les Bains.
Skiing
Thollon Les Memises is one of the smaller yet a most popular ski resort, which has not lost its Savoyard charm. There is a wide range of slopes ie. nursery to advanced. Direct access to 50km of downhill piste with 14 individual pists served by 18 ski lifts. The apartment is 2 minutes on foot from telecabin.

Geneva is nearest airport.
Distances
15 minutes to Evian, 45 minutes to Montreux.

Excellent local baker, supermarketand launderette etc in village, plus range of restaurants. Larger Supermarkets 10 minutes drive away, banks in Evian. Stunning Alpine walks in all directions, equally good in all seasons - flowery meadows and cows with bells to spectacular walks in the snow.
