Our attractive countryside property is situated in the beautiful countryside of Normandy not far from Fecamp and St Valery en Caux, in very easy reach of the coast as well as the historic city of Rouen. It is a traditional Normandy property which has been restored and includes some lovely original features such as exposed beams and a huge fire place.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but please ask if this is not convenient. The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate the house by 10am although this can be flexible with prior arrangement.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size bed, fitted wardrobe & bedside cabinets. This room has wooden floors and exposed beams. Bedroom 2 with double bed, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. Bedroom 3 & 4 each with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. |
| Bathrooms: | Tiled downstairs bathroom with bath/shower over and basin, equipped with washing machine. Separate wc downstairs. Upstairs shower room with basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | A spacious, well equipped kitchen including halogen hob, oven with rotisserie, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as a small table and chairs. Windows looking onto the garden. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining room has a stunning 6ft stone and brick fire place leading through to a comfortable living room furnished with a settee and armchairs. Both rooms have windows looking onto the garden and doors leading outside. |
| Other: | A travel cot and a highchair are available on request. |

Linen and towels are not included in the price although at an extra cost beds can be made up according to your needs. The house should be cleaned upon vacation or cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. |

Outside
The garden has plenty of furniture, a double swing as well as a barbecue set in a large, mature and private garden along with a working well! There is off road parking for 2 to 3 cars. Guests will have the use of 5 bicycles should they so wish as well as access to the tennis court in the centre of the village, 100m away.
Coast/Beach
The nearest coastal village is only 5km away.
Golf
Golf courses can be found both at Etretat, 35km away and also near Rouen, 50km away.
Travel
The property is approximately a 2 1/2 hour drive from Calais and 40 minutes from the port of Le Havre.
Use of a vehicle is essential.
Distances
The picturesque fishing harbour of St Valery en Caux is only a 20 minute drive away, with Fecamp and its Benedictine Abbey 30 minutes away. The historic city of Rouen is an easy 50 minute drive from the property.
Further details
The village bakery is a 100 metre walk from the house with a range of shops and supermarkets to be found in Cany Barville, 7km away. Cany Barville has a large busy market on Mondays selling all kinds of goods including local produce.

Bookings can be made by telephone or by e-mail. A 20% non- refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance (plus a £100 refundable cheque against breakages) is due 6 weeks before the holiday commences.
The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed 6 unless the Owner has given written/email permission.
