This villa is situated in a very calm area at walking distance from the medieval village of Valbonne. Because of its elevated position there are beautiful and far reaching views over the countryside with its olive yards, towards the hills and hilltop villages. Entirely private well laid out gardens surround the villa with mature palm and pine trees, a terraced part towards the large pool area and a level, lawned part adjacent to the terrace with outside dining facilities. This spacious villa is perfect for a family holiday. It has been entirely renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The villa has five bedrooms: three with king size double beds and ensuite bathrooms, two with two single beds and their own shower rooms. Downstairs: 2 comfortable sofa's in the media room with Cinema flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player and DVD’s. And a washing room with clothes dryer.

Central heating. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms upstairs. Pool heating, out of season, available at extra cost.
Very suitable for your children. The pool area can be closed off in the upper part of the garden. Garden is entirely enclosed and once the two gates of the upper part are closed there is whole level garden area in front on the sides and at the back of the villa.

Sun loungers chairs on the pool terrace. On the terrace above are three teack tables and chairs to seat up to 10 people comfortably. Lots of shady corners in the garden under the mature pine trees.
Coast/Beach
Distance to the nearest beach is appr 8kms.
Golf
Several golf courses at 5 mins drive in Valbonne and Opio. Biot golf course at 15 mins drive.
Skiing
The nearest ski resort is at 40 minutes drive at Gréolières les Neiges. Other ski resorts are: Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg each at one hour and a half drive from the villa.
Travel
The airport of Nice is at 20 mins drive. Motorway at less than 10 mins from the villa.
Distances
The nearest village is the medieval village of Valbonne at walking distance from the villa. Valbonne has a weekly market on the Fridays, numerous terraces, restaurants, shops, boutiques, a post office and several banks.
Fireworks on July 14th. Antique market in August. Famous Gruss Circus in August. Pottery craft market in August. Antique and brocante market each first Sunday of the month throughout the whole year.

Tennis club with restaurant is at 5 mins drive from the villa. The nearest supermarket is at 5 mins drive.
Horse riding center also at 5 mins' drive.
