A newly restored provencal Mas set in the heart of the beautiful Luberon National Park. Mas de la Boissiere offers the best of modern amenities combined with old provencal charm. Furnished to a very high standard the house is perfect for families or groups of friends alike. Set in the middle of it's own parkland with a heated pool. It is 3 mins from the village of Cucuron and 45 mins from the airport or TGV.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is 4pm. Departure time is 10am. Other days/times may be considered.

Outside
16 acres of garden with lots of hideaway places for those essential 'me' times!. Private kidney shaped heated pool with large surrounding sunbathing area. Outisde eating areas, gas bbq, boules, table tennis.
Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is a one hour drive from the house and has extensive facilities. It's great for kids. There is also a lake nearby with beach area.
Golf
There are two golf courses within a 30 min drive of the house. The Seve Ballesteros course at Pont Royal is arguably the better.
Skiing
We are 90 mins from the resort of Les Orres which offers excellent winter sports facilities. A day trip to the pistes is easily do-able.

Travel
We are 45 mins from Marseille/Marignane Airport serviced by BA and Easyjet. Nimes/Garons airport is 75 mins and is serviced by Ryanair. The TGV stations of Aix and Avignon are both 45 mins drive. Car hire is essential and easily available from either airport or TGV stations.
Distances
Cucuron village is 3 mins drive or a leisurely 15 mins walk. The tourist centres of Aix en Provence is 35 mins drive and Avignon 50 mins drive, offer a wealth of options for all tastes (literally!). The house is in the Luberon National Park which is one of the most beautiful areas of France. The hilltop villages of Bonnieux and Gordes are 'must see' places but you will need a lifetime to see all that this area has to offer.
Further details
The local villages of Cucuron and Cabrieres d'Aigues offer Boulangeries etc and a choice of Bars and restaurants. There are small Spar shops and the local wine cooperatives. There is a bank with ATM in Cucuron, a Post Office. Doctors and pharmacy are also in Cucuron. All types of shopping can be done in Pertuis (20mins drive). There is an Equestrian centre within 10 mins walk, cycle hire can be arranged.
Booking notes
Booking may be done by email or fax. We ask for 30% of the rental fee as a reservation deposit. The cleared balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. We ask for a 1500 euros damages deposit on arrival which is generally refunded upon departure or within one week after departure less any phone bills, etc.
