Bastidon du Murier is about 10 minutes drive from the villages of Cotignac and Entreasteaux. It is a peaceful rural location with long uninterruped view over the gentle undulating countryside. The house has maintained the simple original stone features with beamed ceiling whilst the kitchen which seats 10 has modern stainless steel fittings. The separate stone cabanon has its own WC and shower room.

An unusually large salt water private pool. 13.5m long and 5.5m wide. The attractive terrace has long views across the lawn and surrounding countryside. The garden furniture includes 6 sunbeds. 6 reclining chairs. A table tennis table is adjacent to the cabanon.

Coast/Beach
75 minutes drive to the beautiful soft sandy beaches of Pamplonne Bay between Saint Tropez and Ramatuelle. 30 minuted to the Lac St Croix and the Gorge du Verdon.

Toulon-Saint Tropez Airport -75 minutes. Marseilles Airport - 75 minutes. Nice Airport - 90 minutes. Aix en Provence TGV - 60 minutes. Car hire recommended.

Distances
10 minutes drive to the nearest villages of Cotignac or Entrecasteaux.
25 minutes to Brignole and the A6 autoroute.
60 minutes to Aix en Provence.

Further details
The beautiful village of Cotignac overlooked by the famous Tufa cliffs has numerous good quality restaurants and market facilities once a week. Other nearby villages have markets on other days. There is a bank and automatic cash dispenser.
Sports facilities comprise tennnis courts and boules. Nearby villages offer kayaking facilities.
