Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday. Please leave by 10.30am on departure day. Arrival - not before 3pm.

Bedrooms: All newly decorated, bedroom 1 has king size double bed and small balcony. Bedroom 2 and 3 contain two twin beds, and bedroom 4 also has twin beds. Plenty of storage space and cot can be provided on request.
Bathrooms: There is a downstairs toilet, and an En-suite bathroom connected to Bedroom 1 with large shower, washbasin and toilet. Also family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, washbasin and toilet.
Kitchen: Beautiful hand painted kitchen with eye level oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility Room: The washing machine is housed in a utility room.
Living Rooms: Large living room with feature inglenook fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD/Radio, plenty of books. Separate dining room area.

Towels and linen are provided. A change of linen etc can be provided. However, if maid service/cleaning is required, then this will be charged as an extra.

Outside
Large outside living space with 6 x 12 metre private pool, fitted with alarm. The house is adjacent to a small river and weir. There is a small rowing boat available. Holiday fishing permits can be arranged at extra cost if required in advance. There are fitness machines available and table tennis table. Plenty of sun loungers, patio table and chairs, gas barbecue and tools. To the side of the property there is a formal garden which leads through to a meadow and woodland - ideal for walking and exploring the countryside.

Golf
There are two golf courses near Brive, and one public course at Limoges.

Travel
Limoges is the nearest airport which is 45 minutes away. A car is essential to reach the property. The house is 7.5 hours from Calais and 6 hours from Dieppe (not stopping!).

Distances
2.5km from the village which has Spa supermarket, bar, bakers, chemist, butchers etc. Uzerche is the nearest town with large supermarket and all facilities. Kayaking down the River Vezere can be arranged in Uzerche. Brive is a very large town with excellent Saturday market and good shops.

Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is required on booking with the balance and damage deposit of 500€ to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival.
