The house is within walking distance to the local village and the Dordogne river. Surrounding area offers fishing, canoeing, cycling, walking, tennis and wine tasting.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, the house must be vacated by 10am, if that causes a problem then we can look at alternatives. Saturday 5pm is meet time at the property with Farmhouse manager.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - Double bed plus single chair bed. Bedroom 2 - Double bed plus single chair bed. Bedroom 3 - Double bed (can be 2x singles). Bedroom 4 - Double Tetrad sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Luxury family bathroom: corner bath, walk in shower, twin basins, toilet along with a sofa. There is also a seperate WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double sink and a eight seater dining table and chairs. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, ironing board and iron |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished with three tetrad sofas, two chairs and two coffee tables. There is also a bar within the living room with it's own seperate fridge and stereo system. The tv is connected to a sky box which allows you to watch free view. |
| Other: | There is an open barn attached to the property where your washing can dry. |

Accessibility
Our House is very user friendly with regards to wheelchair users because as there is only one initial step which is from the driveway onto the patio. All rooms are on the same level.
Outside
The garden is one acre which includes a 5 x 10 mtr private pool. There are sun loungers and an outside table and chairs for the patio next to the bar b que.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic coast is approx 50min drive where you will pass the largest sand dunes in Europe and a waterpark.
The closest beach is in Arcachon which is a 50 min drive and in the Basin du Arcachon. Maps are available in the house. I strongly advise a day trip as the coast line is most spectacular.
Golf
Golf at Chateau le Vigiers (20 mins drive). Superb 18-hole golf course and restaurant. Non-members welcome.

The picturesque village of St Emillion (25mins drive) is the perfect destination for wine lovers where you can spend the day tasting the local world famous wines, which can be in many different wineries.
Booking notes
The house can be booked via our website (see link below) or by phoning Mike.
To Confirm a booking we require a 20% deposit, we then require the outstanding full payment 10 weeks prior to rental.
A security deposit of £250 is keep and returned to you 2 weeks after leaving the property on the condition there are no serious breakages.
