The farmhouse has been renovated over the past five years in a traditional style, with a fully equipped kitchen. The house has two terraces which are alternatively sunny and shaded, so take your pick! The lounge and kitchen both have French doors leading onto a large first floor terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool (10 x 5m). The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with ample loungers and chairs. A large lawn and shrub area surrounds the house, which sits in it`s own grounds of approximately nine acres. The setting is peaceful and private. The sunsets from the terrace are glorious, and the stars at night are a sight to behold. There are many historic places of interest to visit within easy reach, including, Figeac, Villefranche de Rouerge, Conques, Bellecastel and Cahors, to name but a few.

Travel
Ryanair fly from London Stansted to Rodez, 40 minutes. Various airlines fly to Toulouse, 90 minutes away. Cross Channel ferries to Calais or Boulogne about 10 hours driving, Le Havre 7 hours driving. A car is essential.
Distances
Montbazens, 2km has two bakers, butcher, post office, banks, bars, pizzeria and supermarket. Figeac, 30 mins market town, excellent restaurants, all facilities, market day Saturday. Villefranche de Rouergue, 30 mins, is a large market town, all facilities, excellent restaurants, all facilities, market day Thursday.
