Luxury fully air-conditioned villa with far reaching views across the valley, near to Tourrettes/Fayence villages, Lac de St. Cassien and championship golf courses. This well-equipped villa sleeps 8 people comfortably plus baby. It is light and spacious. The floors are tiled with old terracotta tiles in most rooms which compliment the traditional style - the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable - all beds were purchased in England! Cot and highchair are available.

Saturdays, arrival after 4.00 pm. and departure before 10.00 am.

| Other: | There is a large mezzanine office/bedroom 5 - stairs from living room. At one end there is a single bed (0.90m) and a balcony overlooking the gardens - at the other end there is a desk, telephone and computer with broadband access. |

All bedlinen and towels are included. The rental includes a clean and linen change on Saturdays. |

Outside
Gardens and several patios surround the property. Loungers and table/chairs are around the private pool (10m x 5m).
There is a covered dining area next to kitchen and barbecue which is lovely on a hot day (seating for 8).
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Cannes, La Napoule, Theoule, St. Raphael/Frejus are all within 25 mins. drive, St. Tropez about 45 mins. drive.
There are also small beaches around Lac de St. Cassien (10 mins. drive) - a delight for nature lovers as no motor boats are allowed. You can swim, row, take out pedalos, windsurf, fish or just walk or horse ride in the surrounding protected areas.
Golf
Just across the valley, within 5 minutes' drive of the villa, there is a new golf resort - the Domaine de Terre Blanche. This has two superb 18-hole championship golf courses - there are four other golf courses all within 25 mins. drive.
Skiing
There are several ski-resorts within an hour's drive - Valberg and Isola 2000. These are lovely to visit in the summer - not only for the scenery but also for summer sports.
Travel
Nice airport is 45 mins. drive, Marseilles airport 1 1/2 hrs. drive.
Use of car is recommended as there are many lovely villages to explore.
Distances
Tourrettes/Fayence villages are 2kms away.
Grasse is 15 kms. (perfume factories and interesting town).
Cannes is 30 kms. (lovely old port, designer shops and old part - Le Suquet).
Further details
The surrounding villages have a unique charm and are still unspoilt, giving an insight into the 'real' French way of life away from the coast. Fayence has a good market three times a week in a lovely square under the plane trees. There are three supermarkets within five minutes drive of the villa. Restaurants are plentiful - from small cafes to several gourmet restaurants and during the summer months there are many music festivals and exhibitions. Fayence has one of the best gliding centres in France - you often see gliders dipping and diving over the surrounding hills. There is a nearby spa offering beauty treatments and facilities such as sauna, hammam, indoor pool and hydrotherapy. If you want a day out sight-seeing - Nice is about 45 mins. drive - you can go on to Beaulieu, Villefranche, Monte Carlo and Italy. In the other direction there is the beautiful Gorge du Verdon (known as the French Grand Canyon) - rafting, canoeing, kayaking, climbing or just enjoy spectacular scenery.
Booking notes
Contact owner to check availability and request booking form. This should be returned with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental to confirm the booking.
The balance plus Security Deposit of £850 must be received at least eight weeks before your arrival date unless we have received a written cancellation from you. If bookings are made within eight weeks of arrival date, full payment is required.
