Our spacious family house with large terraced garden has gorgeous views across a green, vineyard-filled valley dotted with picturesque medieval villages, to the Cevennes mountains and Pic St Loup. Close to beautiful places of natural and historic interest, plus golden beaches on the Med, rivers, hills & mountains, the exciting and attractive cities of Nimes and Montpellier, all within 30 mins, and well within reach of many tourist centres of the Languedoc and western Provence.

Deposit refunds are in currency used for payment.

Large fenced & secure garden consisting of 5 terraced levels. The two wide, lower terraces include 10mx5m fully-fenced private pool (open June July and August) with seating area for 10, boules area and shady trees. Patio doors from the house to patio terrace, seating up to 10 for alfresco meals, overlooking glorious views and sunsets over the foothills and mountains of the Cevennes.

La Grand Motte, 30 mins by car, golden sand. Palavas, 40 mins by car, golden sand. Camargue coast, 30-40 mins by car.

Set on the edge of an attractive, peaceful village with two caves offering delicious local wines, the immediate area has many lovely towns and villages to discover. The beautiful Roman market town of Sommieres is close by for all shopping and dining needs.

Excellent road access places the superb ducal city of Uzes within 30 mins, plus dozens of wonderful local markets & festivals. The area abounds with excellent regional produce, most notably its wines, but also honey, fruit, olive oil - even truffles in season!

Ancient Roman monuments can be found all across this region, together with the courses libres, bullfighting at Nimes, Avignon, Arles and many other smaller venues, the vibrant city of Montpellier and the natural wonders of the Camargue and the Cevennes are within 30-45 mins.

Horse trekking, river sports, hillwalking and climbing are all within easy reach.
