The prices have been reduced! June, July, August and September have now £50 off per week. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. It is the last summer we are renting the house as we are selling it.
Changeover day
Saturday, but flexible.

| Other: | Conservatory with wicker furniture, travel cot available if needed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen is not included and no towels and tea towels. the property will be clean as you arrive, and we would ask you to make sure you try your best to leave it clean before your departure. |

Nice beach at 10 minute walk from the house, Saint Jean de Monts at 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Very busy in the summer with loads of activities.
ie: volley ball, surfing, jet skiing, pedalos, football on the beach and children’s club, family bikes with up to 12 seats to visit town and surroundings, quads and loads of other activities.
Special interest holidays
The puy du fou parc is internationally visited and is 1. 10mns away from the house. Well worth visiting.
Travel
Nantes airport is at 1 hour from the house. La Rochelle airport is at 1 hour 30 minutes. Saint Malo is about 3 hours away.

Saint Jean de Monts at 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
15 minutes from Saint Hilaire de Riez.
