Le Noyer is a pretty stone cottage situated next to a walking trail and a 5 minute walk from a picturesque lake with a children's playground, a small beach and an outdoor table tennis table. It is about 40 minutes away from the renowned coastal resorts of Le Pouldu, Lamor Plage, Port Manech and Concarneau. It is fully furnished and equipped and offers all the benefits of modern living while retaining its original character. It has an extensive garden, at the centre of which is a 10 x 5 metre solar heated swimming pool is open from the end of May until September and a large games area for badminton, tennis, volleyball, petanque or croquet.
Alternatively, you can use it as a base to explore some of the delightful scenery, towns and beaches that Morbihan has to offer. For those interested in rambling, there are optional guided walks that explore the history and beauty of the region.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on a Saturday. Arrival 3pm. Depart 10am.
| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds and a baby's cot (optional). |
| Bathrooms: | Downstairs there is a shower room with wash basin and toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom with wash basin and bidet. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cleaning equipment, iron, ironing board and a dining area. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge has a dining area and is fully furnished with TV, music centre, vacuum cleaner, baby high seat (optional), double sofa bed, indoor games, library of books and videos. It also has an open fireplace with log burner. |

Towels are optionally provided at a small extra cost. The gite is thoroughly cleaned between lettings. |

Outside there is a patio with table, chairs, sun loungers, sunshade and charcoal barbecue. It has an extensive garden, at the centre of which is a superb 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool and a large games area for badminton, tennis, volleyball, petanque or croquet. There is also an outbuilding with 4 mountain bikes for use by the guests.

The gite is about 40 minutes away from the renowned coastal resorts of Le Pouldu, Lamor Plage, Port Manech, Guidel Plage and Concarneau

Travel
The gite is about 1 hour 30 minutes from Brest airport, 1 hour 30 miins from Roscoff ferry port and 2 hours from St Malo ferry port. Use of a car is recommended.
Distances
The small town of Langonnet is 2 kms away and the larger towns of Le Faouet and Gourin are 10-12 kms away. The gite is 5 minutes walk from a pretty lake which has a small beach and also a small cafe / bar, sailing and pedalos during the months of July and August.
Further details
The town of Langonnet has a "Spa" shop, 2 bars, a newagents, chemist, restaurant, bakery, bank (with ATM) and doctor.
It also has a sports centre and horse-riding and there are water sports available nearby
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the full balance required 6 weeks prior to starting your vacation. A separate cheque of £100 is required for breakages and anything damaged.This will be refunded after your vacation.
