Notes on prices
Prices are based on holiday rentals per week for 6 persons in EUR including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3rd design bathroom optional.
Prices for 7 or 8 persons include a large 4th bedroom including a 3rd design bathroom. These are listed on our own website which you can find via the clickable link elsewhere on these pages.
A 3rd Philippe Starck design bathroom is an option for €200/week for rentals up to 6 persons.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day Saturday. Arrivals between 16.00 and 20.00. Departures between 8.00 and 10.00.

Booking notes
Reservations are valid after a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The balance payment is required until 6 weeks prior to rental date. A damage deposit of €750 is also required, payable via bank transfer. The full amount will be transferred back into your account within 1 week of your departure unless damages or breakages have occurred.
