Luxury 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views to the sea and St. Paul de Vence from spacious (30 sq.m.) terrace. Sleeps 2/4 with large communal swimming pool, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/microwave) in one of Vence's best gated residences (with under cover garage). A short walk from the centre of the beautiful old town with its many shops and restaurants and 15 minutes drive to the beach. Weekly charge includes cleaning, linen and towels. Apartment is light and bright (being south facing) and accessed without stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings with children under the age of 10 years.

Booking notes
Bookings confirmed on receipt of 25% deposit. Remainder due within 4 weeks of start of rental date. A 500 euro deposit is payable as surety on arrival, to be refunded at end of stay. If booking is made within 4 weeks of start, 100% payment is required.
