‘In the heart of the house’ you will find an open plan kitchen, spacious lounge overlooking the terrace, and a spiral staircase taking you down to a marvellously restored Burgundy stone vaulted cellar or ‘cave’ housing an additional lounge complete with satellite tv and dining room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are split over two levels. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor overlooking the garden & terrace, the second bedroom is located on the Mezannine level 1. Both bedrooms have easy access to adjacent bathrooms which have been furnished to a very high standard, features include: Shower for two, rain showers, Burgundy stone tiling, stone sinks, modern white fittings etc.
Outside
Beautifully planted gardens surround the courtyard & terrace making this a calm and secluded spot to enjoy a nice meal & a glass of Burgundy's famous wine.
