An attached house within the small rural lotissement of Les Hauts de Loperhet. Within a few minutes of the beach and nearby seaside village of Erdeven, which is well equipped with shops and restaurants. Downstairs the house has a spacious open plan design with kitchen, dining area and lounge. Patio doors open onto an enclosed safe garden with patio and lawn. There is a downstairs WC and garage ideal for storing your bicycles. There is room to park two cars on the drive. Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms (two twin and one master bedroom with a queen sized bed). There is a bathroom and separate WC. The house has a fresh open beach feel which has been complemented by careful selection of furnishings in blues and whites.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Booking deposit 30% of weekly rental. Long term winter lets by arrangement.
Please note a refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of the final payment and will be refunded by cheque within a week from the date of your departure from the house.
Changeover day
The rental period is from Sunday to Sunday - arrival not before 4pm, departure by 11am, however, this is negotiable.

Notes on accommodation
All heating (electric radiators), electricity and water cost are included. There is plenty of room in the master bedroom for a baby's cot. However we do not provide cots. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
Accessibility
This property has had no adaptations for disabled use and is not suitable for wheelchair users.
The property may not be suitable for people with mobility problems as the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Being open plan there is good access to downstairs areas.
Outside
Enclosed safe garden area laid to lawn. There is a patio with a table and chairs for six. There is also a garden umbrella.
Coast/Beach
You are within a few minutes drive from the coast and the beaches of Kerhillio. Which offers safe bathing and a range of water sports.
You can also walk to the beach (about 15 minutes) from the house. This area offers miles of marked trails ideal for walkers and cyclists alike.
About 15km away is the Quiberon peninsula and the Cote Sauvage with many beautiful rocky and sandy beaches ideal for surfers.
Golf
St. Laurent Golf club just 10 minutes away is among the 40 best golf courses in France with the 18 holes 6686 yards par 72/9 holes 2915 par 35 situated in the centre of a beautiful pine and oak forest.
Special interest holidays
If you would like to take the opportunity to improve your French or English while you are on holiday you can do so: to arrange private one to one teaching sessions for yourself or children or to arrange a dedicated special interest holiday to study English with a dedicated tailor made course to be taught over a period of your choosing. Travel
The closest port is Saint Malo which is about 165 km or approximately a 2 ½ hour drive north east of Erdeven. Although the ports of Roscoff, Cherbourg and Cean are also possible routes.
The closest airport is Rennes which is about 130km or approximately 2 hours drive north east of Erdeven. You can also fly to Dinard and Nantes.
You can take the train to France if you are coming as a foot passenger the nearest main train station is Auray.
You will need to hire or have use of a car.
Further details
Erdeven is your nearest local village (about 5 minutes drive away) with several good restaurants and creperies. There is a pharmacy, several boulangeries and a charcuterie. There are also two supermarkets, a Lidl and an Intermarche. There is a 24 hour petrol station at the Intermarche. At Erdeven you will also find your nearest tourist information office.
The market at Etel, about 5km away, is your nearest market although there are also very good markets at Carnac (10km away), Vannes (35km away) and at Auray (15km away).
You are close to the beautiful historic towns of Vannes, the capital of the Morbihan with its half timbered buildings and Auray with its ancient quarter of St.-Goustan. There are also the yachting centres of St. Philibert and La Trinity sur Mer a 15 minute drive away and the oyster port of Locmariaquer and its range of megalithic sites.
In fact you are only 10km from the prehistoric site of Carnac with over three thousand standing stones which are arranged in parallel lines culminating in a semi-circle at Menec. The whole of the Morbihan is dotted with Menhirs, dolmen and Tumuli some of the more important ones are well worth a visit such as the Petit Mont and Gavrinis. Closer to home you have a well marked 8km walk starting at Erdeven through the Kerzerho alignments.
To entertain the children there are two very good zoos about 40 minutes drive, the Zoo de Pont Scroff and Branfere. As well as an adventure park about 6 km from Erdeven, the "Foret Adrenaline". There are also several sites were you can relive life in ancient Brittany such as Poul-fetan at Quistinic and the Village de L'an mill Merland both about 40 minutes away.
In July and August there are many Fetes and medieval fairs throughout the Morbihan.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 30% of the total weekly rate is payable at the time of the booking. The final balance is payable 30 days before the start date of the holiday. Late bookings (less than 30 days prior to the start of the agreed holiday date) will require the full amount to be paid at the time of the booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of the final payment and will be refunded by cheque within a week from the date of your departure from the house.
