Whilst the property has secure car parking, a car is not necessary when staying at Rue Villeneuve as the railway station (St Emillion 30 mins/Bordeaux 65 mins) is a short 5 minute walk and the airport is a 10 minute taxi ride away. Bustling Bergerac has numerous markets through the week all year round as well as excellent shopping. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and budgets are all a short stroll away. House can be configured as 4 doubles or 2 doubles and 2 twins. House has 3 reception rooms including a superbly equipped, luxury kitchen perfect for home catering if preferred. 1 reception room set up as an additional TV/DVD room (for children?) whilst the kitchen/breakfast room has an additional wide screen (Satellite) TV/DVD. Number of recent quality DVDs and books are also available.
