Owner profile
About the owner
Hi, I'm Julia and married to Nigel, we have a daughter called Lizzy and we live in Derbyshire. We have taken many self catering holidays all over France and chose the area for lots of reasons, we love the views of the vines and it is so quiet and tranquil, yet close to facilities, it has so many places of interest nearby; picturesque Saint Emilion with it's wonderful restaurants and history only 10 minutes away, to being able to be in the center of Bordeaux within an hour, surrounded by numerous towns and villages, and of course the wine! A place that can be enjoyed all year round. It is really important to us to provide a comfortable and above all clean property, we have tried to ensure that it has what it takes for a carefree self catering holiday for all ages.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Papillon is on the edge of a small quiet hamlet in the heart of wine making country, we love it for the views and tranquil setting, yet close to every convenience.
