The cottages are in the centre of a small, quiet village between the two picturesque towns of Pontrieux and Lanvollon. The village of Treverec has a bar/restaurant, a picnic area and a children's play area with a basket ball net. There are also public boule courts near the property. The cottages are in a superb location, with many places of interest to visit, such as the Abbaye de Beauport, the Chateau de la Roche Jagu, Paimpol, Treguier, Lannion, St Brieuc, as well as the lighthouses, beaches and islands of the Goelo Coast and the Pink Granite Coast. Also just 1.5 hours away are Le Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinard and Dinan.

Changeover day
In June, July and August our changeover day is Saturday. However, we are able to be more flexible at other times of the year.
Guests may arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and are requested to leave before 10am on the day of departure.

Le Cure - downstairs - Kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hand blender, coffee machine and kettle. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. Table, chairs and high chair. Electric wall heater. Sitting area with Victorian fireplace, woodburning stove, three piece suite, coffee table, side table, cupboard and bookcase. TV/video with English and French television, a DVD and a CD/radio/cassette player. Selection of books, videos, cds, toys and games. Electric wall heater. Bathroom with toilet, full size bath with powerful, thermostatic shower, sink, mirrored cupboard and heated towel rail. Cupboard with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Upstairs - Two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed (can also be made into two singles) and one with twin beds (which can be made into a kingsize double). Bedrooms have chests of drawers, bedside tables and electric heaters. Landing with two clothes rails and hair dryer. |

Notes on accommodation
Both cottages are double glazed and fully insulated. They have electric wall heaters throughout and a heated towel rail in each bathroom. An initial fire is laid in the woodburner, together with a basket of logs. Further logs may be purchased. There is broadband internet connection in each cottage.
Accessibility
There is a gravel drive leading up from the main entrance to the two cottages. The two bedrooms in each cottage are upstairs, but the bathroom is on the ground floor.
Outside
Each cottage has its own gravelled terrace with a stone table, three benches and parasol. There is also a barbecue available for each cottage.
Guests staying in Le Pretre and Le Cure are welcome to use all the garden areas in front and to the side of the main house, Le Presbytere. There is also an undercover area next to Le Pretre for hanging washing etc. Also to be found here are more garden chairs and cushions, 2 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes and various outdoor toys including a scooter, tricycle and push along car. There is also a trampoline, a badminton set, boules and a football goal.
Coast/Beach
We are only a 15 minute drive to the wonderful sandy beaches of the Goelo Coast and about 25 minutes from the famous Pink Granite Coast.
