The house offers luxurious accommodation with an open plan granite tops kitchen and dining room leading to a South facing timber terraced garden and exterior provencale kitchen and bbq. The lounge with its comfortable settees and armchairs is a great place to relax after a day holidaying. All 5 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and decorated and there are 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets. It is located between the huge sandy beach of Val Andre and the exquisite port of Dahouet, there are lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, shops, boutiques, a casino, a sailing centre where all watersports are catered for and an excellent golf course overlooking the sea (one of the top five in France). All of the latter being walking distance, so you can live your car behind. The weekly markets are absolutely fabulous, selling fruits, vegetables, freshly caught fish, and local crepes. You will love strolling on the mile long promenade enjoying the panoramic view of St Brieuc's bay.

Saturday is the traditional changeover day, but do ask and we will try to accommodate you.

| Bedrooms: | There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor and WC. On the first floor, two spacious double bedrooms, one large twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Finally on the top floor, there is a large double bedroom with king size bed, wash hand basin and WC. |
| Bathrooms: | Accessed from the timber terraced courtyard, 1 stylish wet floor shower room and WC. Ground floor WC with hand basin. On half landing, shower room and WC. 1st floor, luxury bathroom/shower over and WC. Top floor en-suite with WC and hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | Large open-plan kitchen with granite worktops, double oven cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher as well as an island unit ideal for meal preparation, separate set sink. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. |
| Utility Room: | Accessed from the timber terrace, ideal separate fully fitted washroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, butlers sink to wash all equipment covered with sand and salt after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a wet shower room as mentioned above. |
| Living Rooms: | A very spacious cosy lounge to sit and relax in comfortable large settees and armchairs with TV, DVD and video player. |

All bedlinen is included but not beach towels. Beds are made upon your arrival and bath and hand towels are provided. If you require house cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will arrange it with our cleaners. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is children friendly with cots and high chairs for those smaller guests. There is also a chest of children toys should they have forgotten some of their own.
Outside
South facing timber terraced garden with covered provencale kitchen/barbecue/eating area for those summer days when it is too hot to eat under the sun.
Coast/Beach
Val Andre's beaches are walking distance, but close by there are also La Ville Berneuf, Erquy, Sables d'Or beaches and many more along the coast to explore and enjoy.
Golf
Pleneuf Val André golf links are situated on the sea front and offer spectacular sea views. Golf Magazine US and Peugeot Guide consider them to be among the finest courses in Europe with their spectacular 11th hole. Club hire, golf bag, buggy.
Travel
Nearest airports: St Brieuc (15min), Dinard (30min) and Rennes (1hour). Nearest ferry ports: St Malo, Roscoff.

15 min drive to St Brieuc. 25 min drive to Dinan. 1 hour drive to Rennes.
Guest comments
We have stayed in this house 3 years running which is a recommendation in itself. It is lavishly equipped particularly with bathrooms/WC which are more than adequate to meet the demands of 10 people. The house has always been in immaculate condition when handed over to us. The main attraction for us are the excellent beaches, the fantastic well maintained coast paths and the choice of cafes and restaurants. A great holiday for all our family. Thank you to you both.
Fantastic property has everything a large family or two could ask for! Very high class finish to all the rooms. We love the brilliant covered outside eating area which we used every night and the separate utility room with wet room is fantastic for getting clean when coming in straight off the beach. Location is brilliant, a very short walk to the centre town and beach. Dave and Isabelle, the owners could not be more friendly or helpful. Will be back. Thanks again from all of us.
