They are comfortably furnished and provide a high level of holiday amenities to encourage guests to relax. The largest property (Le Hibou) is a detached house for 7 people. The other houses (La Buse and Le Faucon) can accommodate 4 and 5 people respectively and have been created from an old barn although each has its own private terrace and garden. The setting is ideal for three families and for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as the cultural and outdoor activities to be found nearby. The large garden and meadow are the location of many recreational facilities, which include a large pool with roman steps, loungers, BBQs, boules piste, table tennis table and badminton net. Fishing and golf are nearby.

Water sports are well represented in the Perigord with its numerous reservoirs specially developed for bathing, with imported sandy beaches, lifeguards and pedalos.
Nearby lakes include Rouffiac, Ladignac le Long and St. Yrieix le Perche.

Beds are made-up, and accommodation cleaned ready for guests on arrival. We can supply towels at a small extra cost (5 euros per person).
Booking notes
30% deposit at time of booking. Balance sue 8 weeks prior to visit.
A security deposit of £175 for L'Hibou and £100 for Le Faucon and La Buse is payable with the balance and will be returned within 2 weeks of your return, Water and electricity costs are included within the rental charge.
Heating can be provided during the winter, but will be charged according to the type of fuel used and the amount consumed.
