Set in rural surroundings close to main access routes our holiday cottage offers a high standard of comfort providing accommodation for a family of up to 5 people and a cot is available if required. The gite is adjoined to main house with separate entrance at the side opening onto south facing lawned private garden with open access to extensive grounds & pool. Our nearest town, Dinan is one of the most beautiful mediaeval towns in France and we are close to many varied amenities and activities.

Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday in high season but we can be flexible at other times & can accommodate short stays or bookings that don't correspond to week periods. Gite is available from 4pm on day of arrival & must be vacated by 11am on departure day

Covered patio area, extensive grounds, private garden area, garden table, chairs, loungers, barbecue. Pool is surface 5m diameter just over 1m deep which is for guests use primarly. Owners may make occasional use of pool & will carry out maintainance.

We are half an hours drive from the spectacular North Brittany coast around St Malo/ Dinard.
Golf
We are within half an hour's drive from 2 Golf Courses,
Les Ormes at Epiniac and Le Tronchet.
Travel
Airport Dinard (Ryan Air from Stansted or Luton) Half Hour.
Port St Malo (Brittany Ferries, Condor) Half Hour.
Cherbourg: 3 hours.
Caen /Ouistreham 2 hours .
Boulogne/ Calais +/- 5 hours.
Distances
Local village with local shop/bar & Boulongerie.
Dinan 10/15 minutes drive.
St Malo/ Dinard: half hour.
Mont St Michel: 40 mins.
Plenty of good restaurants in the area including the Sea Food centre of Cancale: 35mins.

To confirm booking a 20% deposit is required with full balance due 6 weeks before start of letting depending on how far ahead booking is made.
