Kitchen: Cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Other: Bedroom 1 and the living room have access to a balcony overlooking the rear gardens, whilst Bedroom 2 and the kitchen have access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden.

There is a local charge of 135 euros, which includes linen, towels and end of let cleaning. Mid term cleaning can be arranged subject to prior arrangement, prices on request.

Dual controlled heating and air conditioning. The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. Situated in a secure development with CCTV, video entry phone and concierge service available six mornings a week.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach and the gardens have direct access to the Promenade des Anglais. The opposite entrance on the Rue De France is just 2 minutes to the pedestrian zone, with amazing restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Travel
Nice International airport is a ten minute taxi ride away. Nice railway station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and travel along the coast and into Italy is quick and good value.

Distances
The property gives easy access to Monte Carlo, Ville France, Juan les Pins, Eze and Grasse. The port of Nice has daily ferries to Corsica and Sardinia.

Booking notes
On arrival and departure you will meet our representative, who will check you in and out. We ask you not to arrive before 2PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the apartment by 10AM when you leave. This ensures the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. By prior arrangement suitcases can usually be left if you arrive early or depart late. If we do not have a same day changeover then it may be possible to be a little flexible with times.
