Booking notes
A deposit of 25% will confirm your booking. The deposit is non refundable unless we can relet the property. The remainding balance is due 8 weeks prior to the rental period at which time a security deposit of £300 is also required. This will be returned immediately after departure inspection and not withstanding any damage.
