Why the owner chose a home in this location
This is a busy little town in the Mayenne. Local Bars and restaurants are 2 mins walk. There is a market every Monday until about 3pm. There is a local outdoor swimming pool only 5 mins walk away.
The city of Le Mans is only 40 mins drive away, this is one not to be missed. The town of Alencon is great for a shopping trip.

The gite is situated in the heart of the town, with a local bars just around the corner.
There is a very large supermarket within walking distance with everything that you might need for that perfect holiday.
