Langren is situated in a peaceful rural hamlet which is a 5 minute drive or short cycle ride from Plouaret (all the usual facilities). The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms sleeping 9, whilst the cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. The properties are set in 3 acres of garden which includes a tennis court. Lannion, Morlaix and Guerlesquin with their bustling markets are all within easy reach, as are an endless choice of stunning beaches and coastline. There is beautiful walking and cycling county on the doorstep as the GR34 passes the end of the drive.

It is ideal for 2 families as there are 2 staircases, the first leading to 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 wc.
The second staircase leads to 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 shower room with wc.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a wood burner (TV, DVD).

Outside
There are 3 acres of garden at Langren, both the house and the cottage have a private area at the front of the property with garden furniture. The garden at the rear of the properties has a shared tennis court and swing. There is also a ping pong table and barbecue for use by both the house and the cottage.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach in the Baie of Lannion is a 15 minute drive from Langren. The picturesque port and beaches of Locquirec and Locquemeau and numerous other sandy beaches and coves are all within easy reach. From rock pooling and sandcastles to windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing and canoeing not to mention stunning coastal walks there is something for everyone. To the north of Lannion, about a 30 minute drive is the stunning Pink Granite Coast.

Travel
The nearest airports are Brest - 50 mins and Dinard - 1hr 20 mins. Roscoff is the nearest port 45 mins, St Malo is a 1hr 30 min drive.

Distances
Plouaret is a 5 minute drive. There are 2 boulangeries, 2 supermarkets (one of which is open on Sunday morning), butcher, 2 banks, tabac, chemist, post office, garage and 2 restaurants - (midday only).

Further details
The GR34 footpath passes the end of the drive. There are numerous other well marked footpaths within walking or cycling direct from the house. The roads are very quiet should you wish to walk or cycle with children.
