It is 7 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals and the sandy beaches of La Croisette. Rue D'Antibes, with it's designer shops, is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is on the third floor of a traditional building. This apartment impresses from the moment you enter directly in the large living room. It is a bright apartment, with high ceilings and impressive, wooden floors in the bedrooms. The walls are white and full-length windows let in plenty of natural light. Changeover day

Linen and towels (are not included) but can be supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. A final cleaning on departure is also provided (50€). Additional cleaning and changes of linen can be pre-arranged, if required and paid for in advance. |

This apartment is on the third floor of a traditional Cannoise building, with no lift. It is located very near Place 18 Juin, and is less than 10 minutes walk down to the Palais des Festivals and the beaches - Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access.

Coast/Beach
The main beach is 7-8 minutes walk from the front door La Croisette which caters for individuals, couples, families. There are numerous restaurants and snack bars along the beach front to enjoy. There is a very long promenade stretching miles so you can enjoy those long lazy evening walks. Also on the promenade are children's playgrounds and some amusements including a beautiful traditional merry-go-round. The marina has a great walk and great views of those rich and famous yachts.

There are a number of challenging golf courses within a half hour drive
Skiing
Nearest ski resort is only 1hr 30 minutes away for all your winter fun.

Nearest airport is Nice 25 kilometres. Direct bus line from Airport to the center of Cannes (Cannes xpress - ticket about 16.50€/person).
Nearest motorway is A8 at 2 kilometres. Car is not necessary.
Distances
Antibes 15 min drive. St Tropez 1 hour by train or car or you can take a boat from the marina. St Paul De Vence and other beautiful mountain villages get a bus from Cannes or nice average journey about one hour. Nice 25 mins by train or car. Auron & Isola 2000 (ski resorts) 1h30-2H by car or bus.

There is a local supermarket 5 mins from the front door, turn left cross the junction and look to your right immediate left and it is in front of you. Nearest bank machine and car or bike rental 2 mins from front door. Lots of restaurants 5 mins walk. Old town Cannes go to promenade take the mini train which will bring you up there great attraction worth doing. You can do all of these activities locally: beaches, swimming, surfing, sailing, diving, fishing, paragliding, wind surfing, tennis, designer shopping, golfing, boat trips, yachting, museums, aqua park with dolphins, fine dining, concerts, art galleries, cycling, playgrounds, carousel, amusements, roller blading, exotic gardens.
