There is an entrance with alcove on the right which has bunk beds, on the left is the bathroom which has a full size bath with shower appliance. The sitting room has a convertible bed which can either be a double or 2 singles. The kitchen area has fridge, small oven, 2 electric rings, coffee machine. There is the cable TV and a small balcony overlooking the mountains. |

Notes on accommodation
The heating is underfloor and also radiators. There is a hoover and other cleaning products. Skis etc can be left out on the balcony.

Outside
There is an outdoor shared pool (20 X 12m) which is situated in the centre of the complex.
Golf
18 hole golf course at Les Arcs, Tignes and Meribel only in Summer.
Skiing
Only a 3 min walk for access to the funicular railway up to Les Arcs (7 mins) which is included in the ski pass, you can also ski in La Plagne with the paradiski pass with a day in Val D'isere included. The famous resorts of Val D'isere, Tignes and the 3 valleys are a 45 min drive, a 10 min drive takes you to the chairlift giving access to la Rosiere ski resort and La Thuile in Italy.
Travel
The arrival of the Eurostar is a 10 min walk and so is the town centre. The nearest airports are between 100 and 190kms away: Chambery, Grenoble, Lyon, Geneva. A bus service is available to Lyon and Geneva and taxi transfer can be arranged.

Bourg St Maurice town centre is a 10 min walk.
Further details
The town has a swimming pool, cinema, bars and restaurants. The supermarket is 5 min on foot should you come by car the car park is free in the complex.
Booking notes
To book we require a 30% deposit of the total sum and the balance 15 days prior to your holiday date. A returnable safety deposit and cleaning deposit for 200 pounds is also required (by cheque).
